Dear Parishioners,
For some of us, these remaining days of Advent will likely be hectic as we hurry to finish projects for work, finalize plans for family gatherings, and purchase those last items for our Christmas shopping. All of these are certainly good and need to be done! For others of us, we might find that we have more time on our hands this year before Christmas because we are not able to do all of the normal things we usually do. Whichever group we happen to find ourselves in this year, may we stay focused on the joyful celebration that comes at the end of this week. May the grace of the newborn Prince of Peace already fill our hearts with love and gratitude in these coming days leading up to the great Solemnity of His own Nativity.
May the newborn King grant you and your families many blessings this Christmas and through the new year, and may he reign in our hearts forever!
