Dear parishioners,
I would like to offer a kind reminder to pray for all of our young parishioners who are preparing to make their
1 st Communion at the beginning of May. What a special day it is for them to receive Jesus in the Eucharist for
the first time! Please join me in praying for them, that they may grow in their knowledge and love of Jesus in
the Eucharist. May the graces granted to them on that day strengthen their faith, aid their growth in virtue, and
eventually bear fruit in eternal life!
I would also like to offer a reminder that our first Kingdom Builders gathering will take place this Tuesday,
April 16 at 7:00 p.m. at the Paulding church. The gathering will start in the church basement and then transition
up to the church for Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament. As I mentioned a few weeks ago in the bulletin,
Kingdom Builders originated in Fort Wayne and has continued to grow in its ministry of providing women with
an opportunity to grow together in living the Catholic faith. This event is open to women of all ages, and is free
of charge; please consider joining for this event and feel free to invite a friend to come with you! Although the
content of the Kingdom Builders monthly gatherings will be solidly Catholic, the gatherings are open to women
of any faith background. The primary goal of the gatherings is to be an opportunity for growing in faith
together, and for fostering a deeper relationship with Christ for all who attend. The gatherings will occur on the
third Tuesday of every month. Again, please consider attending!
